Happy Birthday Mitchy!

Happy Birthday Mitch!  Today Mitch turns 13!  Wow!  Mitchell is the funnest, sweetest kid ever!  He is going to start Junior High in a few days.  Holy Cow!  He is ready!  Last year Mitch had his best year in school ever getting all A in his last quarter!  Mitchy has had a busy year.  Here are a few of the highlights!

 Mitch got the Priesthood on his last birthday and is faithful about passing the Sacrament.  No lie, Kim and I did not shop together!  They just ended up with the same tie!

 We gave Mitch a guitar for Christmas last year and he is now taking lessons.  He says he loves it "even though it makes his fingers hurt."

 Mitchell loves history and knows a lot.  When we were on our trip to DC he knew everything!  He really loved being there!

 Mitch still loves all things Star Wars.  This cool exhibit was set up in Times Square when we were there.  Good timing huh?

 Mitch got a little more daring on the boat this year.  He tried surfing and knee boarding a couple of times

 Mitch loves animals and water.  He loves our dog Belle and helps take great care of her.  Mitchell is also hilarious!  He says the funniest little phrases and his delivery is delightful!

Mitch still loves all things Lego.  He will put together big projects that take hours!  He has so much patience with his projects and pays careful attention to details.

What a blessing Mitch is to our family.  I am SO happy that he is here on his birthday!!  Here's to ANOTHER teenager in the house!  Love you Mitchy!!!
