Sunday “Treetie”

Every Sunday we go to Grandma Tamra and Grandpa Elden’s for dinner.  The kids look forward to it all week and could play for hours.  Last Sunday  Taylor came upstairs with a piece of paper on which she had written a “treetie” to try to encourage peace with the boy cousins.  This is exactly what it said (spelling is exact):

The downstairs Treetie:  you will share the downstairs with us and we will give you a couple of items if in war.  Protection, food and water.  If need items in our area talk to Taylor.  And that will still be your area but it we want to come in you will let us.

Ryker and Hunter were to sign this “treetie” and they refused!  I love cousins.

This week was also the 4th grade ski day at Mountainside Elementary.  I decided to go along and hang out with (and supervise) Taylor and her friends.  It was so fun!!  Here are a few pictures.

Taylor has the BEST FRIENDS in the world.  I feel so lucky and blessed that she is able to associate with such wonderful kids from such wonderful families.  In the bottom right Taylor got tired of skiing so she got into a big card game with her friends and teachers.  It was so fun to be at Beaver Mountain on a weekday it was so quiet and peaceful.  Thank you Tay for growing up into such a great kid!
