Memorial Day Weekend!

I love Memorial Day and think its a great time to talk about and remember

our wonderful family members who have gone before us!

Here is a photo of Hinkley's gravesite. The kids love taking care of the area

and making sure thier cousin's site looks nice!

Here we are putting flowers on Grandpa Pickett's headstone. We are so lucky to

be able to share such great times with Grandma Pickett. We also put flowers on Grandpa &

Grandma Dattage's, Uncle Clark and Grandma Icy.

Later during the weekend I took the girls to Tracy Aviary. Taylor had to do a report at school

on Toucan's so we loaded in the van to go see one in "actual real life" as Jord would say.

What a beautiful place. We went to two bird shows and Taylor was chosen from the entire crowd as a volunteer.
