New Years at the Ranch

I LOVE NEW YEARS AT THE RANCH!
Every year we head up to Peagram Idaho to my Dad's ranch to celebrate New Year's.  As usual we had such a great time.  My dad has a perfect sledding hill, snowmobiles and a great fishing hole.  Not to mention 4 days without internet and cell phones is DIVINE!
These two photos are precisely why I love the Ranch!  Lots of relaxation!

Taylor LOVES pickles!  Well she and MaeMae got to eating pickles and they thought they were pretty funny!
These are all sleigh riding photos.  Grandpa has built a sled that is pulled behind the snowmobile.  These kids are SO spoiled they don't even walk back up the sledding hill!
 Tae and Mae
 Reagan and Jordan
Anders!  He is a master sledder and afraid of NOTHING!
Shea (I think) driving the snowmobile with the kids on the sled behind!  Look at the beautiful blue sky!
 Grandma and Mae
 Samantha, Jordan, Reagan and Kendall
Look how beautiful!  Is it any wonder we love it here?
Another reason we love the ranch....  Grandpa's cooking!  Grandpa loves to cook and he is GOOD!  He nursed this briscit for days and it was delightful!

Ry and Kenny and Kyson!  Ryan was SO sick but such a trooper!  He had been on the truck all night and then brought the kids up.  I love these kids!!
Check out this baby!  I can't get enough of sweet Kinnick!  Love this photo of he and Grandpa.
Anders love to ice fish and his dad has all the tools.  He caught several fish!
Here is Adam, Grandpa, Hunter and Andrew
Hunter and Andrew trying to capture that last bit of daylight by the fishing hole.
Kim came up with tons of fun games!  What a blast.  Grandpa also did his famous firework show!  I didn't get any good photos but he did not disappoint.
The kids ringing in the New Year with Grandma and Grandpa.
On the last day we were at the Ranch Taylor fell off her sled.  She was wearing her helmet but hit her head very hard!  She was a little dingy for a while and you can tell she doesn't feel good.
We had a great time and I feel blessed and lucky to be part of a family with such incredible traditions!

Christmas in Idaho

Every year during Christmas Break we try to make it to Idaho Falls.  We try to time our trip at the same time Bob and Jackie (Jeff's brother and his wife) do.  We don't always make it but this year we did!  We had SO much fun!  Jeff's family are super fun to spend time with!  The entire Morgan family was there except Taesha, she had to work:(
This is the entire family visiting Jeff's mom Betty!  She is an absolute crack up.  The family gave her a new television for Christmas.  She was excited.

 Here we are at dinner.
Jeff and Bob!  Seriously!  This face is a famous "Morgan face"  I crack up every time!
There is a new Residence Inn in Idaho Falls and we stayed there.  The pool was beautiful.  Jord's newest American Girl doll had to make the trip!
Taylor and Gina at the pool.  Aren't they both beautiful girls!!!
My Mitchy!  If that isn't the sweetest face ever?
The kids playing in the pool.  They loved it!
Mitchy is pooped out.  I just love this look on his face!
We visited Grandma Betty several times.  Here is a photo with our family.

 Betty and Chere and Greg
Jeff and his siblings with their mom!

I feel very blessed to have married into such a great family.  I love every one of them.  They have become some of my greatest friends!

Christmas Day 2012

I just love Christmas!  I mean, who doesn't?  This is our traditional "photo on the stairs."
At this point the kids haven't seen any gifts yet:)

 Christmas Breakfast!
Chase is the HARDEST person to buy gifts for!  He never gives a list... NEVER!  The good news is that he is extremely grateful for whatever he gets.  For not having a list, Santa did pretty good this year!
Chase got an RG III jersey

Christmas Eve 2012

A week before Christmas Jeff and I got the influenza.  It was BAD!  We were both literally holed up for an entire week!  I mean like, miss school sing a longs and class parties sick!  Thank you to Kim who literally raised Jordan during that time!  While I was sick Reagan sent this across the street.  It was my favorite thing ever!! The last line says, "here is a cookie to make a bad day better!"  I love her!!!
By a few days before Christmas I was feeling better.  So we got busy doing everything we should have been doing the week before.  Here are Jord and Mannie decorating Gingerbread houses on Christmas Eve.

Our neighbors and good friends brought some reindeer in.  We went to pay them a visit on Christmas Eve.  They were really cool!  Thank you to the Brown's!

We kept with our usual tradition of going to Grandma and Grandpa's house on Christmas Eve.  As usual Santa paid us a visit! Jord is SO cute!
Here is Taylor looking like she is 17!  She is only 12 but before we know it...
I love my Mitchy!  I can only imagine what he is telling Santa!!!
One of my favorite parts of Christmas is having Chase home.  This year he was home nearly a month! It was so delightful!
Taesha is working a lot of hours (you go girl) so we were so thrilled that she got Christmas Eve off!
We felt it a huge blessing to have Grandma Pickett with us on Christmas Eve!  I just love this photo!
 All the rest of us!!
We always have a talent show on Christmas Eve.  Taesha played her guitar.
Jord sang Silent Night!  It was very tender!
Mitchy played the guitar and did a beatboxing performance that will make me smile for years!
Tay played a song from the "Nutcracker" on her violin.  She is getting SO good!  It was beautiful!
We also had our Nativity program.  Aunt Jill wrote a new program this year and it was awesome!!
Mitchy was Joseph.  I love how MaeMae is looking up at him!  So sweet!
Grandma and Grandpa gave both Taylor and Kendall official WNT jersey's with their names and lucky number 7 on the back.  Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!!
A holiday isn't complete without some Kinnick love!  This little boy absolutely delights me!! I can't get enough of him!
After out party we headed home and opened our Christmas Eve Jammies.
All 5 of my kidlets in their jammies!  What a blessing to have them all here!  We absolutely soak it up!!
